Peter studied horticulture for four and a half years. He holds a certificate in commercial horticulture from Teagasc, an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture and the general examination in Horticulture from the royal horticulture society. He is also a Full Member of the Institute of Horticulture.
Having already worked in the landscape industry prior to any of his studies, Peter has been involved in the horticultural industry since 1992. With several working places in Ireland, England and Scotland before starting his own business, he discovered a wide range of different working methods, landscape design and landscape architecture. Peter having worked freelance both consulting and teaching went on to establish Peter Donegan Landscaping Ltd.
In addition to his work as Director of Peter Donegan Landscaping LTD, Peter also writes for The Farmers Journal and Self Build Ireland magazine.
Having worked in the trade at senior level for six years David joined Peter Donegan Landscaping Ltd in 2007 as Landscape Manager. He studied Horticulture at An Grianan, College of Horticulture in Co. Louth and holds a BA in Horticulture and a Diploma in Landscape Design.
Having worked on some of our largest projects to date including the an 18th century restoration projects right up to the most post modern of gardens, David's experience, vast knowledge and skilled mind in both soft and hard landscaping make him an invaluable piece of the Donegan Landscaping family.
Sara previously worked with Trinity College as Executive Officer of The Policy Institute. After qualifying with the highest level Diploma in Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design Sara left to work as Office manager with Peter Donegan Landscaping Ltd.
Sara manages all aspects of the office including maintenance of the website, Human Resources and is also responsible for financial project management of all major projects.
